Kanazawa oden is extremely popular.The oden, which is made with carefully prepared broth, is exceptional! There are also many dishes that allow you to fully enjoy Kanazawa, such as Nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch) and Jibuni (stewed in soy sauce). It is popular with tourists as well as locals!

We have a wide selection of ingredients, from white to red meat! We also have a 3-piece Hokuriku platter of blackthroat seaperch, sweet shrimp, and yellowtail.

The omakase menu consists of 6, 8, and 12 pieces.There are also many single items available! A wide variety of ingredients such as plum shells and medium fatty tuna.Enjoy sushi made by a veteran chef with over 30 years of experience.The whole fish is prepared in-house, ensuring freshness.
